A return can be requested by a customer within 24 hrs of order delivery in the following cases:

• The item(s) delivered are past their expiry date.
• The wrong item(s) was/were delivered.

Refunds will be processed only if we do not have the product available for replacement in the above situations (1 & 2).

All items to be returned must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Not tampered with in any way

If eligible, the refund will be credited to the customer’s original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Pricing & Additional Charges

1. A Platform Fee of ₹4 and a Packaging Fee of ₹10 will be charged on every order.

2. The Packaging Fee is separate from shipping charges and is meant for covering the cost of packaging materials only.

3. This does not include shipping charges. Shipping is calculated separately, and our team will contact you after order placement to confirm delivery fees and timeline.

4. Customers are requested to ensure they are reachable for delivery coordination.

  We are Not Responsible For any Problems Arising due to Late Order Delivery /Product Missing /Defective Product Once Order Is Dispatched From the Store.
  Orders above 1km From Store will be Delivered By Local Delivery Agencies.
• All order placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
• Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Tuesday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or an any government holiday, thus we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.
• Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
• Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
• In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process.
