Refund / Return policy

A return can be requested by a customer within 24 hrs of order delivery in the following cases:

  1. The item(s) delivered are past their expiry date.

  2. The wrong item(s) was/were delivered.

Refunds will be processed only if we do not have the product available for replacement in the above situations (1 & 2).

All items to be returned must be:

  1. Unused

  2. In their original condition

  3. With all original tags and packaging intact

  4. Not tampered with in any way

If eligible, the refund will be credited to the customer’s original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Return Policy for Specific Products
Returns are not accepted for mangoes.

Returns are only accepted for the following products:

  • Cashews

  • Amsul

  • Miri

  • Kokam

  • Mango Pulp

  • Nachani

Customers must send return requests within 24 hours of delivery confirmation for these eligible products, meeting all the return conditions stated above.
